A little over 2 and a half years ago I started work on a Fine Art Photography project called A-Road Petrol Stations at Night where, as the title suggests, I photographed A-Road Petrol Stations at Night. The intention was to create a body of work which represents the safety but also the isolation which these non-places provide weary travellers on their long journeys.
Originally the set comprised of 3 images which were exhibited in Portsmouth and London. Over the past few months, with the help of Aspex Gallery, I have been expanding the series to 10 photographs which are due to be exhibited in Portsmouth later this summer.
Here is a sneak peek at the 10 images which I look forward to showing to the world in all their glory!
